Our Quality Managements System and Business Safety expert received the Lead Auditor Training organized by CPI and successfully passed the Social Compliance auditor exam.
We have submitted our 2020 progress report to Global Compact
We have received our Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certificate which is valid for children, men’s and women’s ready-to-wear products.
SOCIAL COMPLIANCY PROJECTS
Leaders of the Future
Ozon has established the “Ozone Future Leaders” program open to all employees in Istanbul, Sivas and Batman locations, followed and supported by the General Manager.
The aim of the program is to offer all employees the opportunity to realize themselves and to support this journey.
The main topics of the program include conducting personality tests and providing feedback, establishment and implementation of an in-house coaching institution, training programs for personal and professional development, participation in productivity projects and management.
Ozon has created a guide to support the participants in preparing their road maps and action plans, and defined all milestones.
Five female employees working in Sivas production facilities were voluntarily coached for 8 months by four female representatives of another company in our network.
The reason for the emergence of the project is the self-confidence, desire to succeed and the need for support of our Ozone women.
The project achieved the expected goal and the fact that the project was carried out with the “Leaders of the Future Project” in time also contributed to the progress of the participants on their career path.
